Learn the history of Rock Island Depot
Our law offices are located in the historic Rock Island Railroad Depot in Iowa City’s Riverfront Crossings District, just south of downtown. Construction of the Depot began in 1898. Dale Sanderson and Ralph Neuzil purchased the Depot in 1981 and oversaw its renovation. In addition to our law offices, the Depot is also home to a photography studio and a wellness center.
